The fruit is sourced from the rolling hills of the delle Venezie region located in the northeastern corner of Italy. The grapes are hand harvested, then de-stemmed, cooled, and pressed at a low temperature. The grapes were then stainless steel fermented on select yeast at a controlled temperature of 17◦c – 18◦c.
Pairs well with seafood, mild cheeses, grilled poultry or light Italian fare.
